Underwear Situation
When I was in Mumbai last month, I met two very fun Lufthansa flight attendants. We had so much fun partying at night that we bought semi- matching kaftans. Check us out:
It was Emma's first work layover. She had never been to India, let alone at this hotel. Lucky for the rest of us - not so much for her - the rooms in our crew hotel in India are beautiful and very spacious. On the left you find a big bathtub as well a big shower and a huge sink decorated by a very ornate elephant statue, and behind the huge bathroom, there is a huge King bed and usually a nice view.
However, Emma wasn't used to the room's configuration and after falling asleep, she woke up in the middle of the night, barely opening her eyes, wanting to use the restroom. She searched for a door, and once she found it, she opened it. It slammed right behind her and when she opened her eyes, she realized she was standing in the hallway with her underwear, an urging need to pee, and no room key.
Thankfully, a hotel staff happened to walk by and saved her from the walk of shame to the lobby, but she still stood in the hallway in underwear for a bit before she was able to get back to her room.
Ever found yourself locked out of your hotel room or apartment in underwear? And if so, details please :-)

Also why is it that being in underwear in front of a stranger or even a friend will make most girls feel uncomfortable whereas being a bikini in front of hundreds of strangers won't? I personnaly don't see it as a big deal, but I think most girls will tend to disagree with me. Or maybe I am wrong ... You tell me.
Until next time we meet ... Live, Love, Laugh & Travel
Thanks for sharing her story! As a fellow flight attendant, I can see how that could happen. I agree, no biggie to be seen in underwear versus bikini.
