AVEDA Rocks!
Usually when a store offers free stuff, there is a catch. And if there isn't a catch, there is poor customer service. So a week ago when I went for my free 20 minute facial by Aveda, I have to say I had low expectations.
But not only did the salesperson not try to push any products on me, she even gave me free samples. Score! However that's not what impressed me. It's her sweetness that did.
Chante
Chante was gentle and kind. She had great conversation. And she was funny too all while being professional and very knowledgeable about the line of products the store offered. She explained each product to me, and after my longer than 20 minute facial, she wrote down each one of them down for me instead of pushing me to buy them on the spot. She also gave me free samples. SCORE!
Of course now I want to go and buy them all. But it is not because of Chante's pressure. It is because I woke up the next day with a glowing skin. Thanks Aveda!
Luckily for my wallet, I am currently living like a gipsy and do not spend over 72 hours in one location in a row, meaning buying 7 products over 150 milliliters and lugging them around security while being off work is not an option.
And no I am not on vacation ... again! A passenger decided to give me a month and a half off - sweet right? - by slamming the aircraft overhead bin on my hand and breaking a bone in the process - not so sweet afterall.
But Aveda I will be back. And Chante do not change ... You made my day a happy day. Plus Aveda is organic and respectful of the environment. Always a + when choosing a brand.
